The Menu

To enter the menu

Hold down the Test/Prime button with the vehicles ignition switched off

Turn the vehicles ignition on and release the Test/Prime Button

All 3 LED's should now be illuminated (Red, Green and Blue)

Press the button once and note the menu position as described below:

Red LED Flashing once every second - Menu 1

Red LED Flashing twice evey second - Menu 2

Red LED Flashing 3 times every second - Menu 3

Red and Green Flashing - Menu 4

The feature per menu if activated will illuminate the Blue LED and if deactivated will not.

To adjust the settings:

Short press (less than a second) - Scrolls through the menu

Long Press (more than 2 seconds) - Toggles the Feature on/off in said menu

.

Menu 1 - Pre-Pressurization

This feature reduces injection latency and reduces the consequential heat soaking to engine components when injection is commanded but not yet delivered.

The system will idle before reaching the desired injection activation point and after operation to prevent any pressure loss on slow gear shifts.

Where:

Blue LED Off = Pre-Pressurization Deactivated

Blue LED On = Pre-Pressurization Activated

.

Menu 2 - Configurable Auxiliary Output

The controller is equipped with a general-purpose Auxiliary output which can be selected between:

1. Boost Safe ModeĀ  - which if a fault is detected via the SPMU can trigger a momentary engine limp mode

2. Status LED Mode - which allows for system indications to be displayed via the supplied LED for driver intervention

Where:

Blue LED Off = Status LED (requires driver intervention)

Blue LED On = Boost Safe Feature (interlocks vehicle boost if pressure is low)

.

Menu 3 - Injection Delivery Mode

The controller can change injection delivery modes by delating the activation of the solenoid.

This is particularly useful for delaying the activation of nozzles connected to the solenoid output to prevent engine flooding during quick progressive ramps due to fast spooling small turbos.

The system would need to split in the engine bay via a t-piece and have one line connected to the red/white and grey wires of the solenoid and the other line connected to either a non-return value or a solenoid value (connected to the pumps red/green and brown wiring) to allow for this feature to be utilized.

Where:

Blue LED Off = Normal (Solenoid activates when pump starts spraying)

Blue LED On = Staging (Solenoid activates when pump reaches peak spray)

.

Menu 4 - Injection Interfacing Mode

The controller can seamlessly switch between input modes such as:

1. Voltage (0-5 volts) input mode which reads from the vehicles stock/OEM sensors.

**Please note: Frequency mode is coming soon as an option to select **

2. Boost via the built in 3-Bar Boost Sensor which can be scaled to 1Bar (14PSI) / 2Bar (30PSI) / 3Bar (45 PSI) suit your boost pressure range and accuracy.

Where:

Blue LED Off = External Input Mode (Voltage/ Frequency)

Blue LED On = Internal MAP sensor (diverts to sub menu to select pressure range)

If the Blue LED was previously off, and now selected on, the controller will divert to the pressure sub menu

Where: (in sub menu)

Flashing Red = 1 Bar / 14PSI Mode

Flashing Green = 2 Bar / 30PSI Mode

Flashing Blue = 3 Bar / 45 PSI Mode

When done, switch the vehicles ignition off to save the settings.

When the ignition is switched on again, the controller will save the current setpoints if the injection interfacing mode was altered.
