About the Stage 2 ControllerĀ

The controller is purposely designed for it to be universal in application to suit with engine of all capacities, naturally aspirated, supercharged or turbocharged, diesel or petrol as well as be configurable to suit single, dual and multi nozzle setups.

The controller has a 3 Step electrical isolation feature to prevent uncontrolled injection should a wiring fault or internal failure occur.

The display can be detached and removed via the RJ45 (ethernet cable connector) if required, this is is only utilized for indications and settings.

The controller can alarm and indicate solely via the external Status LED.

The controller includes a built-in menu to allow for activating features and changing between modes as listed below:

.
The Menu

Pre-Pressurization

This feature reduces injection latency and reduces the consequential heat soaking to engine components when injection is commanded but not yet delivered.

The system will idle before reaching the desired injection activation point and after operation to prevent any pressure loss on slow gear shifts.

Configurable Auxiliary Output

The controller is equipped with a general-purpose Auxiliary output which can be selected between:

Boost Safe ModeĀ  - which if a fault is detected via the SPMU can trigger a momentary engine limp mode

Status LED Mode - which allows for system indications to be displayed via the supplied LED for driver intervention

Injection Delivery Mode

The controller can change injection delivery modes by delating the activation of the solenoid.

This is particularly useful for delaying the activation of nozzles connected to the solenoid output to prevent engine flooding during quick progressive ramps due to fast spooling small turbos.

The system would need to split in the engine bay via a t-piece and have one line connected to the red/white and grey wires of the solenoid and the other line connected to either a non-return value or a solenoid value (connected to the pumps red/green and brown wiring) to allow for this feature to be utilized.

Switchable Input Interfacing Mode

The controller can seamlessly switch between input modes such as:

Voltage (0-5 volts) input mode which reads from the vehicles stock/OEM sensors.

Frequency mode is coming soon as an option to

Or via the built in 3-Bar Boost Sensor which can be scaled to 1Bar (14PSI) / 2Bar (30PSI) / 3Bar (45 PSI) suit your boost pressure range and accuracy.
